Rachel Chang

Co-Founder

Rachel drives risk strategy at Stripe, designing and executing initiatives that strengthen risk controls and enhance the platform user experience. She previously led digital public infrastructure initiatives at the UN Development Programme (UNDP), co-founded a fintech startup digitizing savings groups in West Africa, and developed digital identity systems at Kiva. She holds an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Andrés Parrado

Co-Founder

Andrés is an Associate Director at Innovations for Poverty Action, where he leads advisory engagements in agriculture, livelihoods, and edtech. He previously led mutiple engagements at the World Bank and at international NGOs in India and East Africa on topics like cash transfers, financial inclusion, and technology. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from MIT and an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Gabrielle Posner

Gabrielle is a Senior Associate on the Africa Practice of DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group. She supports clients including philanthropies and multinationals in the digital payments space to navigate the complex political economy dynamics of African markets. She was previously based in Kenya at research advisory NGO IDinsight. Gabrielle holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Economics with highest distinction from the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy.

Jordan Sandman

Jordan leads research grantmaking at Co-Develop, a global philanthropic fund to help countries around the world deploy safe, inclusive digital public infrastructure. He is also an Honorary Research Fellow at University College London. He previously started up the Digital Impact and Governance Initiative at New America and served as a Team Leader in AmeriCorps NCCC. Jordan is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.

Prior to joining the World Bank Group, she spent five years at Axiata, a leading telecommunications conglomerate, working across loan securitization, microfinance for SMEs, digital transformation strategy, and analytics for finance/fraud. Siew holds an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School.
